Delivery Policy

- For purchases below RM 50 we charge a flat rate of RM10 shipping charges for the WEST MALAYSIA ,RM 20 – EAST MALAYSIA


- We offer free delivery for purchase RM 50 and above within WEST Malaysia, Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout


- Some large volume / heavy weight / drone / Battery product might have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (optional shipping cost will be shown at product page if applicable).


- We ship to any address in Malaysia using GD Express and NINJAVAN courier service. All express couriers cannot ship to P.O. BOX. For high-security premises such as military bases, special government buildings, please check with your security/admin for more information prior to making orders.

- Order will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Shipment will arrive within 2-5 working days. A shipping delay may happen occasionally, especially during peak shopping season or under unexacting severe weather conditions.

- Once the parcel is shipped out, we will send you the tracking link via email.

- All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by us. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address receive the parcel. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons.

- Any cost for Re-Delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. Same Day Delivery

1. We don’t have same day delivery method except from customer request to arrange Lalamove and Grab over their ends.

2. Please note that delivery charges will be borne by customer side.

3. Unfortunately, we do not accept any urgent orders after 4:00pm.


   PRE-ORDER

- Pre-order items are imported goods and shipment from overseas could take up to one month or longer depending on the manufacturer's stocks availability.

- For orders with in-stock and pre-order items, if the in-stock item is less than RM 50 we will charge a flat rate of RM10, should customers choose to ship out without waiting for pre-order item stock.

Likewise, we will ship out all items after pre-order item stock is available.
